Qualification:  
1. Accounts Officer:
Essential - A University degree in Commerce from recognized University
Desirable - 3 months ISTM Training in Cash & Accounts / SAS passed
2. Section Officer:
Essential - Graduate degree from recognized University
Desirable - Five years working experience as Ministerial Staff or equivalent in Central/State Govt. or Public Sector Undertaking
3. Office Assistant:
Essential - Graduate degree from recognized University
Desirable - Five years working experience as Ministerial Staff or equivalent in Central/State Govt. or Public Sector Undertaking
4. Library Information Assistant:
Essential - (i) Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University /Institute. (ii) Two years professional experience in a Library under Central Govt / Autonomous or Statutory organization/ PSU / University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution
Desirable - Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute
5. Stenographer (English) -12th pass or equivalent Minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in shorthand and 40 w.p.m in typewriting correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
6. Lower Division Clerk -12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on Computer. (35 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).


Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For post 1 - 45 Years), (for Post 2 - 35 Years), (for Post 3 - 28 Years), (for Post 4 - 30 Years), (for Post 5 - 25 Years), (for Post 6 - 27 Years) Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules

Pay Scale: 
1. Accounts Officer - Rs.15600- 39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/- p.m.
2. Section Officer - Rs. 9300- 34800 + GP Rs. 4600/-
3. Office Assistant - Rs. 9300- 34800 + GP Rs. 4600/-
4. Library Information Assistant - Rs. 9300- 34800 + GP Rs. 4200/-
5. Stenographer (English) - Rs 5200- 20200 + GP Rs 2400/-
6. Lower Division Clerk - Rs.5200- 20200 + GP Rs.1900/-

Selection Procedure: Written Exam, Interview
