Eligibility Criteria
for PHED Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1. Project Engineer* (State
Project Management Unit) - Graduate in Civil engineering from
any recognized institute Minimum 7 years of relevant post qualification
experience in design, supervision, project management in the water supply
sector/waste water (Sewerage) Schemes. Experience of working in sanitation
sector will be an added advantage
2. Project Engineer (District
Project Management Unit) - Graduate in Civil engineering from
any recognized institute Minimum 1 years of relevant post qualification
experience preferably in design, supervision, project management in any
infrastructure sector Experience of working in water supply sector will be an
additional qualification
3. Sanitation Specialist -
Master degree in engineering, social science, environmental science, water and
sanitation, or a related field; 3 years of professional development experience
in the WASH sector, and significant project management experience; Experience
in implementing, designing, or coordinating WASH in rural community
4. Finance Specialist – M.COM/MBA
(Finance)/CA/ICWA or equivalent Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience
in budgeting, Accounting, financial management for large scale
programmes/projects etc
5. Community and Communication
Development Specialist - Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in
Social Science/ Social welfare/ Rural Development. 3 years of relevant
experience with multi sectoral development agencies// NGOs / Consultants /
Government Organizations in participatory development approaches. Prior
exposure to development communications essential.Understanding of
decentralization principles and community engagement process
6. LDA - Accounts
- Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute Minimum 2 years of
relevant post qualification experience in budgeting, financial management,
accounts and audit Candidates working in similar capacity in Government
projects/PSU/Externally aided projects will be given preference Experience of
working with Tally software. Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income
Tax, VAT and other Taxation matters
7. MIS Assistant - Graduate
in any stream from recognized institute Minimum 1 year of relevant post
qualification experience in HH survey, data entry, MIS applications, data management
etc The applicant has to be well conversed with MS-office preferably in
MS-excel and MS-access, MS-word, MS-power point etc. Diploma in Computer
application and diploma in computer typing is desirable Strong communication
skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
8. Office Assistant - Graduate
in any stream from recognized institute Minimum 1 year of relevant post
qualification experience in office administration/file management/office
correspondence etc Must be computer literate and should have diploma in computer
application and type writing Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and
Local Language.

Pay Scale Details for PHED Project Engineer, Office
Assistant:
Pay Scale:
1. Project
Engineer* (State Project Management Unit) - Rs. 60,000 to 80,000 per month
2. Project
Engineer (District Project Management Unit) - Rs. 27500 (Inclusive of all
Incentive)
3.
Sanitation Specialist - Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum (Inclusive of all Incentive)
4. Finance
Specialist - Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum (Inclusive of all Incentive)
5. Community
and Communication Development Specialist - Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum (Inclusive
of all Incentive)
6. LDA -Rs.
25,000 per month (Inclusive of all incentives)
7. MIS
Assistant - Rs. 16,000 per month inclusive of all incentives
8. Office
Assistant - Rs. 16,000 per month inclusive of all incentives
