Eligibility Criteria for
TNCDW Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1.
Consultant-Marketing (SHG Products) - Post-Graduation in Business
Administration (MBA), preferably in Marketing. Ten years of demonstrable
experience in branding and retailing of FMCG Products. Knowledge on handholding
enterprises and linking them to markets. Well versed with rural ecosystem and
community based institutions like SHGs and SHG Federation are preferable. Excellent
command over Tamil and English language with writing skill in both.

Consultant- Agribusiness Management - Advanced university degree in
agricultural economics, agribusiness management, rural development or related
field, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. At least ten years of
relevant experience in management of complex projects on livelihood
diversification, value chain, rural business development and agricultural
marketing, preferably in Tamil Nadu. Excellent command over Tamil and English
(excellent communication, writing and presentation skills)
3.
Consultant- Dairy Business Management - Advanced university degree in
veterinary, dairy management/dairy development/ economics, rural development or
related field, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. At least ten years
of relevant experience in management of projects on animal husbandry, dairy
development/management, dairy value chain development, dairy value added
products, milk supply channels, dairy cooperatives, dairy producer companies
and rural business development preferably in Tamil Nadu. Excellent command over
Tamil and English (excellent communication, writing and presentation skills)

Pay Scale Details for TNCDW Consultant:
Remuneration: Remuneration
will be commensurate with knowledge and experience. Maximum Rs. 75000/- per
month will be offered for the deserving candidate.
