Maharashtra Generalist Officers Scale II & III Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification: (As on 31.12.2021)
|
1. Generalist Officer
MMGS Scale II - Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the
aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Passing of
JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. OR Professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized
University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by
Govt. Regulatory bodies. Experience: Post qualification Work Experience of 3 years as an officer in any
Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit related areas / Branch Head /
Incharge is preferable. |

2. Generalist Officer
MMGS Scale III - Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the
aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Passing of
JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. OR Professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized
University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by
Govt. Regulatory bodies. Experience: Post qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any
Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have minimum one-year
experience as Branch Manager / Head out of five years. Experience in Credit
related areas / In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable. |
Age Limit: (As on 31.12.2021)

1. Generalist Officer
MMGS Scale II - Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35
years. (Relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per
Government guidelines) |

2. Generalist Officer
MMGS Scale III - Minimum 25 years and Maximum 38 years.
(Relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government guidelines). |
The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper
